Work directly with Cassandra Chiu in a private practice offering individual counselling, marriage and relationship counselling, and executive coaching. Appointments are available at Rocca Balestier or online by arrangement. The fees below explain your first appointment, follow-up sessions and counselling packages. No GST is charged.

What's included

Your first appointment gives us time to understand what is troubling you, identify what you want to change and agree on a practical direction for our work.
Up to 90 minutes.

Follow-up

$250

What's included

We build on the work between sessions and review progress against your goals.
One-hour appointment block, including approximately 50 minutes of counselling; the remaining time is reserved for clinical notes and administration.

Counselling Package

$1,500

What's included

6.5 hours of individual counselling for $1,500. For clients who choose to commit to a series of appointments.
For new clients, an initial appointment of up to 90 minutes leaves five hours for follow-ups. Returning clients may use the full 6.5 hours flexibly across standard or longer appointments.
Packages purchased from 4 October 2026 are valid for 12 months from purchase; unused hours expire. Existing packages retain their original terms.
