Stress is a very common condition around us. As a consequence of the modern lifestyle, people tend to live in constant tension over their workload, debt, relationship problems, and many other daily worries that sometimes keep us awake at night.

The stress, along with anxiety and depression, are the most suffer mental conditions around the world since the body seems that it cannot relax as the many stressors that daily affect us.

As you may know, stress is a normal and biological response against some environment conditions known as stressors(1). So, a small quantity of stress is necessary to achieve our personal goals, but too many of it can cause complication as anxiety and depression, among others.
